• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance digital skills and literacy among staff and users.
• Ensuring the security, integrity, and availability of the institution’s electronic resources and data.
• Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to provide integrated and innovative e-library and ICT solutions.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of e-library and ICT services and making recommendations for improvement.
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in e-library and ICT fields, and applying them accordingly.
